We're sorry to hear that your Zayas Candle product didn't meet your expectations! We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we'd love to help make that right.

Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll get the process started. We require proof of purchase (e.g. your Zayas Candle order number and order confirmation email). If you purchased an item from another site it is not eligible for return on zayascandle.com.

We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be in its original condition and not used. Any used items are not eligible to be returned.
