What's the best way to care for your candles?
Candles need love too! To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.
Can I get my product personalized?
Yes. You can add a photo, personalized word, or message. Please contact us with all of the details before placing an order.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to get your order out to you. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.
Zayas Candle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, thanks for your understanding!
Do you offer wholesale opportunities or reduced pricing for bulk orders?
We sure do. To request to become a Zayas Candle stockist, please submit your store's information under wholesale, and our sales team will follow up shortly.
Does Zayas Candle offer payment installment plans?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments on orders $50+.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer free shipping?
Domestic Orders: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within The United States! A $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $50.
International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated by weight and delivery destination. Each country has their own tax, duties and customs charges. Zayas Candle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office for what these may be.
International transit times are listed at checkout and depend on the destination.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Additional shipping time will depend on your destination and selected mode of transportation at checkout.
What if my tracking info doesn't show any updates?
An order's tracking status may take 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out to the postal carrier directly with any shipping related issues since they'll have more information available.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my Zayas Candle product?
We're sorry to hear that your Zayas Candle product didn't meet your expectations! We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we'd love to help make that right.
Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll get the process started. We require proof of purchase (e.g. your Zayas Candle order number and order confirmation email). If you purchased an item from another site it is not eligible for return on zayascandle.com.
We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be in its original condition and not used. Any used items are not eligible to be returned.
